Goodbye Cards Hello New Zealand

I sit by myself on the train on the way to the airport feeling mixed emotions about this trip to New Zealand. Its hard to imagine that I am going to be leaving Australia behind for god knows how long, but I plan on coming back home as soon as everything is cooled and sorted. I feel a little bit guilty deep down about leaving all my family and friends oblivious about it all, and about how they'll think I’ve been kidnapped or whatever, but I will make it up them all as soon as I get home, I just don't know how yet. Oh well, I guess I’ll worry about that later because right now its time for me to get off the train and catch my flight.

 

The plane starts to take off and after the rough bit is over I am able to relax a little. I started researching hotels in New Zealand but the Internet on the plane was really slow so I decided to just do it when I got there and have a nap instead right now.

I was woken as the plane started to land and realised that I left my laptop out. I grabbed it and as I went to put it back in my bag I realised that my tin of yugioh cards was nowhere to be seen. I emptied my bag completely and still couldn't find it. I’m beginning to panic. I am now in a whole other country with no yugioh cards. What if I get attacked? Can I defend myself alone without them? I take deep breaths and remember what my Nan used to tell me: "inhale the future, exhale the past" I keep telling this to myself then I finally come to understand that there’s nothing I can do about my yugioh cards now. They are all the way in Australia and I need to forget about it. Instead imp thinking about what might happen in New Zealand. I can surely find a way to retrieve some yugioh cards over here, there’s bound to be at least 1 person like me across the whole country.

I'll just have to wait and see what this country brings for me and hope I don’t fall into any battles while I’m cardless.
